Separate Consent Statement for Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information

Thank you for using the Arkema China Customer Portal (My Arkema). Due to the global nature of Arkema Group's operations, providing services such as account management, order processing, and customer support requires the transfer of certain personal information outside the People's Republic of China.
In accordance with Article 39 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, where a personal information processor provides personal information outside the People's Republic of China, it shall inform the individual of the name or designation and contact information of the overseas recipient, the purpose and method of processing, the types of personal information, and the methods and procedures for the individual to exercise the rights provided by this Law against the overseas recipient, and shall obtain the individual's separate consent.
This Consent Form aims to provide you with clear information on the above matters and to obtain your separate consent in accordance with the law.

Your personal information may be transferred to the following overseas recipients:

- Arkema Group affiliates worldwide — details available at arkema.com
- Arkema Group-contracted IT infrastructure and technical service providers located outside China

- Corporate Information: Company name, country/region
- Account Information: User account identifier, registration date
- Transaction Information: Orders and request records submitted through the Portal
- Usage Data: Portal access and usage logs

The purposes for which your personal information is transferred outside China include:
- Account Management and Identity Verification: Creating and managing your customer account within Arkema's global systems
- Order Processing and Logistics Coordination: Processing orders submitted through the Portal and coordinating cross-border logistics and supply chain management
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining unified customer service records and providing consistent global customer support
- Compliance and Auditing: Meeting Arkema Group internal compliance requirements, financial audits, and legal obligations
Data Protection Measures
To ensure the security of your personal information outside China, we have implemented the following protective measures:
- Passing security assessments or obtaining certifications through relevant regulatory authorities
- Entering into standard contracts with overseas recipients that clearly define the data protection rights and obligations of both parties
- Implementing unified data security policies, including encrypted transmission, access controls, and regular audits
- Requiring all overseas recipients to comply with data protection standards no lower than those required by Chinese law
How to Exercise Your Rights Against Overseas Recipients
You have the right under the law to exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and other rights against overseas recipients. You may exercise these rights through the following channels:

Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal information processing activities carried out based on your consent prior to withdrawal.
To withdraw your consent, please contact us through the channels listed above. Upon withdrawal of consent, we will cease transferring your personal information outside China within a reasonable period. However, please note that this may affect your ability to use certain Portal features (such as order processing and customer support).

By using or continuing to use the Arkema China Customer Portal (My Arkema), you confirm that you have fully read and understood all contents of this Consent Form and separately consent to the transfer of your personal information outside the People's Republic of China in accordance with the terms described in this Consent Form.
